Returns to SZ are easy!

Read the SubZeo Return Policy

The SZ return policy is simple. We accept all returns that meet the following conditions:

15-Day return period   Please be sure your OEM return reaches SZ within 15 days of the date it was delivered to you (as shown on delivery company's tracking system). Aftermarket items can be accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.

Original packaging in good condition   Please note that all items will have to include all original packaging in good condition.   (Free from scratches, blemishes, tears, dents, and markings - including writing of any kind)   If SZ receives your return with damaged or missing the original packaging the item will be rejected.

Unused condition  SZ is unable to accept returned items that have been installed, used or damaged.  

Returns on electrical parts   Like your local dealer, SZ is unable to accept returns on OEM electrical parts. Certain aftermarket items are exempt from this condition - please contact us before returning electrical items.  

Closeout items  SZ does not accept returns of items purchased on closeout. In some cases, we may allow a closeout item to be returned for SZ Bucks. Please contact Customer Service.

Restocking fees   OEM items are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fees do not apply to Aftermarket items. Please see Step Two below.

Exchanges  SZ does not offer exchanges at this time. All acceptable returns are processed for a refund.

SZ will credit you for 100% of the merchandise value on all aftermarket parts and accessories that meet our return conditions above. Returns on all OEM parts that meet our return conditions are subject to restocking fees of 20% of the merchandise.

Why does SZ charge restocking fees on returned OEM parts? We return all OEM parts to the manufacturer and in doing so face two charges: the cost to return the item to the manufacturer and a restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer. SZ will cover this return shipping expense but we pass on a portion of the restocking fee charged to us by the manufacturer.

If you'd like to return an order for any other reason, please contact the SZ Customer Service Team for a Return Number or   click here   to login to view your order history and begin the online returns process. If you need to return an item because it was damaged during shipping or because of a mistake made by the manufacturer or SZ, please contact us and we will assist you.
